操作说明 INSTRUCTIONS
这是一台气囊自动贴合机，无需外接空压机和真空泵，由上面贴合机下面除泡两部份组成。
气囊式贴合特别适合目前热销的三星曲屏和其它曲屏总成贴合。
Here is Airbag laminating machine,no need connect outside compressor and pump ,
up is laminating part and below is remove bubble.Airbag laminating is suit for
hot-selling samsung curved screen laminating and other digitizer laminating.
贴合操作步骤Laminating operation steps:
1.首先插上电源，打开电源开关；
2.触控系统启动，点(设置)-(贴合设置)；
3.设置(贴合时间50S)、(延时抽真空时间)15S、(贴合温度40度)；
4.设置好后点（确定）-(除泡设置)，设置(除泡时间15-20M)(除泡温度为40度)；
5.设置好后点（确定）-（返回），返回到首页后点（贴合）气灌开始打气；
6.贴合托盘自动弹出，将曲屏专用定位模具放在贴合区内；
7.把覆好OCA胶的曲屏用胶贴把保护膜撕下，曲屏和盖板定位准确，
用手在曲屏中间位上画一线，固定住曲屏和盖板；
8.再放上曲屏专用模具上，同时按下两个启动键，自动进仓，自动锁门；
9.等到达设定贴合的时间后，贴合托盘自动出仓，取出屏幕；
1. Charge plug first,open power button.
2. control system start,press setting, laminating setting.
3. laminating time 50Second,delay vacuum time 15second,laminating temp 40.
4. confirm,then remove bubble setting,remove bubble time15-20minutes,remove bubble temp 40.
5. click confirm,then return,return to front page,click laminating then Airbag start work.
6. laminating table automatic take out,put professional curved screen mould in laminating area.
7. for oca curved screen,take out protective film,locate curved screen and glass accurately .
8. write line on curved screen,solid curved and glass,put them in curved screen professional
mould,meanwhile press two start button ,automatic pass in,automatic lock.
9.when arrive setting laminating time,laminating plate automatic pass out,take out screen.
除泡操作步骤Bubble remove operation step：
1.点击（返回）-（排气）进行排气，待排气完毕后拧开除泡罐门；
2.大容量的除泡罐可放20-30片屏幕同时除泡，将待除泡屏幕放入，拧紧罐门；
3.点击屏幕上的(返回)，返回到首页后点（除泡），计时开始；
4.到达设定除泡时间后，除泡机自动排气，打开罐盖取出屏幕除泡完毕。
1. press return,exhaust,after exhaust,open remove bubble door.
2. big version remove bubble jar can take 20piece to 30piece screen,take screen inside,close door.
3. press return,reture to first page and press remove bubble,start.
4. when arrive setting remove bubble time,automatic exhaust,open door,take out screen,remove bubble finish.
