※ 售后规则
为了保护顾客的利益，在顾客使用本公司的产品时，为了方便顾客能得到本公司的良好售后服务，请您仔细阅读本段内容。
（一）保修内容、对象与期限：
1、保修内容
从本公司或经销商购买产品后，请您阅读说明书并按照说明书正确操作使用。在保修期内，因材料或制造或设计而引出的产品质量问题，公司承诺对不同的部件免费包修或包换。
2、保修对象与期限
（1） 自出厂日起，主要部件质保服务期限如下：

（2）易损件：刹车片、轮胎、垫脚胶、座垫、靠背、挡风玻璃、后视镜、保险杠不保修。如在使用时有损坏，请与本公司联系；
（3）有成批质量问题，公司负责派人去维修或召回（包括国内外）；
（4）壹年后长期提供有偿服务。
（5）接到客户上门服务通知，24小时内到达现场处理。
（二）下列情况引起的车辆损坏不具有保修效力：
（1）未按使用说明书操作使用的；
（2）不在东莞市鑫泰电瓶车有限公司维修处修理的；
（3）超过保修期限的；
（4）不是使用本公司制造的零部件的；
（5）未经公司授权允许，擅自改装的；
（6）超过最大承载能力使用的；
（7）由于台风、水灾、火灾、地震、战争等不可抗力因素所引起的。
（三）保修生效：
需方必须如实填写保修卡，盖章签字后，国内用户寄还本公司，国外用户寄还经销商处，并由经销商按公司规定表格录入电脑，E-mail给公司，并经公司确认已收到，方能生效。
特别声明：
您使用本公司产品时，由于不按说明书操作使用，通过不正当的使用方法，导致产品损坏的，均不属于包换或包修范围。 敬请谅解！
